Menstrual Migraine Period

Migraine is mostly associated as women’s illness. Well, it may be true since the portion of women migraine sufferers are more than he men migraine sufferers. Migraine however does not occur only when it is triggered by the food, environment and some other outer causes. But, it mostly occurs when the body condition of women especially is hormonally fluctuating. For example, when women are in menstrual cycle, the hormonal condition require the women body to be quickly shifting and adapting itself with the body hormonal changes. In this case, the menstrual migraine can also attack. In the menstrual period, women usually get some emotional changes in the mood, in the concentration, in the sensitivity and so on. They are actually a very trigger of the migraine for women.

The menstrual migraine is not generally happen to all of women. Only some cases that indicate that menstrual period can cause women to suffer from migraine headache. Even though sometimes not all women realize that the migraine they suffer from has something to do with their menstrual period, it is actually quite notable. The cycle of the menstrual period will also cause the menstrual migraine. This is actually a very painful condition for women especially when the migraine caused by the menstruation comes along with the regular stomach cramp that usually comes along with the menstrual period. However, the migraine caused by menstrual cycle usually happens in the early days of menstruation. So, it sometimes better to know that you will have two series of pain rather than knowing nothing to come.

    Migraines. Bleh.

    I get a couple a month and my husband can go on binges dependent on the weather, flying, msg – you name it.

    A very helpful book that we read is “Heal Your Headache.” Any key – relaxation. Since he went back to woodworking he is having fewer headaches.

    Good topic. A lot of people suffer from this.
