Somebody can be health if he /she can take care about his /her fitness. There are four tips about how to take care our fitness for you:
- Drink more water. Water is the source of our life. There is more than 70% water in our body. Every day we discharge some water due our daily activities. This condition can make our body lack of water and we could be effortless if it was continous happening to us, so we have to drink a lot of water to get our fitness back.
- Eat more often. Well, maybe you will ask to me; are you kidding me? My answer is; No, I am not. Eat more is not as same as make you obese. It is a way to replace your calories due your daily activity.
- Move more. It can make smooth your blood circulation.
- Find and decide a reason why you want to be a health person in your life.
